VIPER – Land Rentals Rules:

Hello and Welcome to VIPER – Land Rentals.
Please read these carefully and if you have any questions don’t hesitate to IM Vilena Viper, Jayda Loon or Santania Rasmuson.
– To purchase this lot just right click on the land and choose Buy Land and pay the amount shown. Next, pay the corresponding tier box which is located at my office or lot will be reclaimed.
– Tier is to be paid at my office. Please look on the Box-Name and pay the rental box that has the correct name and lot number on it. This is your tier box and payments must be made to each it week.
– Tier can be paid up to 12 weeks in advance but is neither refundable or transferable.
– If tier is not paid within 24 Hours of when it is due your land will be reclaimed and your objects returned to you. Repeatedly waiting days to pay your tier after it is due each week will result in your land being reclaimed.
VIPER – LAND RENTALS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
– VIPER – Land Rentals are operated independently from Linden Lab, this means you do not have to have a premium (pay) account to own land on any of our islands. You are required to pay a weekly tier to VIPER – Land Rentals for the land you own.
– Land can be resold as long as tier is paid up to date but will not transfer to the new owner. If you sell your lot please notify Vilena Viper, Jayda Loon or Santania Rasmuson that it was sold and to whom. The buyer must agree to the terms in this agreement.
– All your prims must be kept inside your lots borders and are not to extend over your property lines. If they are not moved I will return them.
– Subdividing and renting lots are allowed. Please tell your renters to contact you first about there problems as I cannot fix things that you own.
– There are no restrictions on building and you are free to build as high up as you want to go but your prims must stay within your lots property lines.
– Skybox allowed, minimum height is 500 meters.
– Harassing other residents will not be tolerated which includes spamming and any other abusive conduct. If you are having a problem please IM Vilena Viper, Jayda Loon or Santania Rasmuson.
– No objects or scripts which cause the sim to crash can be used.
– Mega prims are allowed but please switch them to phantom to cut down on lag on the sim. If they start causing to much lag they will have to be removed. Please don’t use mega prims from Gene Replacement, this mega prims make to much lag.
– Failure to follow these few and simple rules will cause your land to be reclaimed by VIPER – Land Rentals.
